Manchester Police Officer Michelle Wagner stops a vehicle while on patrol, for having a headlight out. No it's not a ticket, Officer Wagner gave the driver a written warning, allowing twenty days for the headlight to be fixed!



Officer Wagner refuels with a medium coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Working until 11p.m she's going to need the caffine!



At the end of a long night, Officer Wagner returns to her office to log in her seven vehicle violations. Many of which involved a missing headlight. Book em' Dano!
