During a late afternoon commute on Friday February 22, 2008 as our van heads toward departures at Bradley International Airport, drivers carefully maneuver through the down pour of mixed snow and ice while traveling at a swift speed of 25 mph. With a car full of girls, we were on our way to drop off our close friend who was heading to Las Vegas to meet her mom and sister. Maybe she’ll have better luck there. Later on we receive a phone call asking for a ride home…her flight being 1 out of the 15 to be cancelled for that evening.
