Here, Carmelo Muzzi is seen preparing meatballs on March 22, 2008 for a family feast to be held the next day. He is known to always be around the kitchen cooking one of his specialties. Earlier on in his career, Carmelo worked for a number of years at the South Hampton Princess Hotel in Bermuda as a matri’d where he served for the Queen of England. He later worked in downtown Providence, RI as a waiter at some of the more upscale restaurants such as, the Blue Grotto and Capriccio’s. His work lead to him starting his own catering business produced from his home.
