On March 1, 2009 around 9 o’clock in the evening paramedics had arrived to my next door neighbors. The next door neighbors are a State owned organization that looks after mentally retarded people. Paramedics and ambulance shows up only if the mentally retarded person has to have major problems that the nurse in the house cannot handle it. I was not allowed to take pictures because it involves mentally retarded people.
