Josh Stevens (19) peaks out of the cabin cubby on the same boat he has been sailing on since he was in his mother's womb with his girlfriend, Kelsey Rakowsky (18), for the first week of the sailing season in Spring 2009. Josh spends every summer on his boat, and would love nothing more to sail all year long.
